1100 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 1100 platform. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. This document applies to all registered users of the 1100 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by 1100, you expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1100 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms is deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you remain informed of the current version in effect.

Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of services on the 1100 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed without authorisation. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact the 1100 support team immediately.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. Registration by minors is prohibited, and 1100 reserves the right to terminate any account where there is evidence that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement.

User Responsibilities and Usage Rules

As a 1100 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.
  • Using another person's account or granting third-party access to your own account.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information when interacting with the platform.

All financial transactions on the 1100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks listed during the deposit process.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. Successful deposits are typically credited within five minutes or less. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact support with proof of transaction.

For withdrawals, users are required to verify their identity and payment method before the withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days. 1100 reserves the right to request additional verification documents to comply with applicable financial compliance requirements.

All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except in cases involving verified technical errors acknowledged by the platform. If you notice any suspicious transactions in your account, please report them to the 1100 support team immediately.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 1100 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1100 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 1100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service disruptions caused by technical factors, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand names, interfaces, text, graphics, and software on the 1100 platform are the exclusive property of 1100 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1100.

Third-Party Links

The 1100 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

1100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, attempted system manipulation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and severity of the breach.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 1100 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and minimum conditions have been met.

Changes to These Terms

1100 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1100 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
